A sound bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience using crystal singing bowls and other gentle instruments to create immersive sound.
Sessions are designed to support rest and relaxation, with participants lying down comfortably while the sound is played.

Not at all. Sessions are open to both complete beginners and those who attend regularly.

Anything needed to feel comfortable and warm while lying down. Most people bring a blanket, pillow and water bottle.
Mats are usually provided unless otherwise stated.

Comfortable, warm clothing that allows the body to fully relax.

Yes, some sessions are specifically designed for children and families.

Suitable from 6 weeks up to crawling.Willow & Wonder Toddler Sessions

Suitable for children aged 6+ alongside a parent or grown up.Adult sound baths are for adults unless otherwise stated.

Yes. Feeding, settling, changing or moving around are all completely welcome within the sessions. The spaces are designed to feel relaxed and supportive.

Yes. Sound Snuggles and Baby Massage both include time after the session to sit together with a brew.
This part of the session is intentionally built in to create connection with other mums and offer a calmer space before heading back into the day.

Many people attend sound baths to rest, slow down and take some time away from everyday life.
Some people also find sessions supportive for insomnia, relaxation, sleep and settling busy minds.

Sound baths are generally very gentle, however they may not be suitable for everyone.
Please get in touch before booking if there is:
• Epilepsy or a history of seizures
• Severe sound sensitivity
• Certain serious mental health conditions
• A pacemaker or sound sensitive medical device
• Pregnancy in the first trimesterIf unsure whether a session is suitable, it is always best to ask before attending.

In most cases, yes after the first trimester, however this should always be discussed before attending so adjustments can be made where needed.

Yes. Private sound baths are available for small groups, events and more personal experiences.

Sessions are designed to create a calm and quiet space where the body can properly slow down and rest.

Not at all. No previous experience or understanding of Reiki is needed before attending a session.

Sessions are carried out using hands on or hands off techniques, depending on preference.
During the treatment, gentle hand placements are used around the body while the client remains resting comfortably.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently.
Some people notice warmth, tingling or deep relaxation, while others simply feel calmer or more settled afterwards.

Handmade Products FAQ

Yes. All products are handmade in small batches as part of Laura Rose Holistics.

Every effort is made to source crystals as ethically and responsibly as possible through trusted suppliers.

All candles are made using natural soy wax.

Candles are made using high quality fragrance oils that are paraben free and phthalate free for a cleaner, lower toxin burn.

Some Laura Rose Holistics candles include an NFC tag attached to the back of the candle or packaging.
By holding a smartphone close to the tag, it will open additional information linked to the candle. This may include crystal meanings, fragrance details, rituals, playlist links or the inspiration behind the collection.
Most modern smartphones are compatible with NFC technology and do not require an app to use it. Simply unlock the phone and hold it near the tag for a few seconds until the notification appears.

The majority of products are vegan friendly. Individual listings will always provide full details where relevant.

Bracelets are made using strong stretch cord, however they should still be handled gently to help maintain their longevity.

Yes. Products are carefully packaged and many are purchased as gifts for birthdays, new mums, self care packages and special occasions.

Yes. Personalised and custom orders are available across a range of products.
This can include bespoke crystal bracelets, candles, larger event orders such as Retreat Gift Boxes or goody bags, and occasion favours such as handmade tea lights for weddings or events.
